    Why can’t I import my documents with the ‘Document uploader' app?

    PDF documents must not exceed 25 Mb or 20 pages.

    It can take up to ten minutes to import a PDF. Once it has been uploaded, you will receive confirmation by email.

    Please note that your invoice has not yet been sent at this stage. It is in ‘Draft’ status in your ‘Document Manager’ so that you can validate it before sending.
